Toi Tranquille

The heart of this flat lies in its spacious living room, where a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle) sits alongside a table for 4, a two-seater sofa and a television. Enjoy the magnificent terrace, where you can relax and savour the magnificent view of the sea and the majestic Mont Saint-Clair.

A comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a dressing area and a large bay window that opens onto the terrace so you can enjoy breakfast overlooking the sea.

The bathroom, with its walk-in shower and storage space for your personal belongings, adds a practical touch to this space.

Le Toi Tranquille is located on the Mount Saint Clair Sète in a secure residence.
To access the residence you must take the entrance above the military area. The access next to the marine cemetery isn't the good one.
Access to the residence is granted with a badge.

On your arrival, the Conciergerie Charles Osborn will be on hand to open the residence gates and show you to your accommodation. We remain at your disposal throughout your stay. We'll take care of all your needs, from car hire and taxi services to setting up a home chef, local activities and event services.

A 5-minute drive will take you to the center of Sète, where you'll find a wide range of everyday shops, including the Halles de Sète market, Monoprix and the Sunday flea market. The Place de la Corniche is a 10-minute drive away. The Lazaret beach is a 12-minute drive away.

Montpellier Sud de France airport and train station are a 45-minute drive away. Sète train station can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Airport/station transfer services are available on request, as is car hire.

Bus line 5 - "L'Aurore ou La Citadelle" stop is just outside the residence.

Cleaning costs are included and include bed linen and towels. A deposit of €500 is required, either by cheque destroyed 14 days after your departure, or by bank transfer (additional charges apply with this option). Arrivals are at 3pm and departures at 10am.
