Fantastic stay

Imagine getting up at 8am, having a cup of tea/coffee at a swimming pool and watching how the Sun rises over a mountain. Or swimming in the night and seeing the stars and the lights of a town on a mountain's slope nearby. And if the peace and quiet is something you long for, this very villa is absolutely the place for you. The water in the swimming pool is treated with salt so no chlorine smell for you which was a big relief. The swimming pool itself is surrounded by beautiful plants making it a really enjoyable oasis. The villa itself is situated in a small village of Venta Baja, on a slope facing South. In the village you have a choice of shops and restaurants. You are also a 25 mins drive from Torre de Mar where you can sea-bathe and eat out and about 55 mins from Málaga where you have lots to see including the Pablo Picasso Museum and about 2 hrs from Ronda, another must-see, or Granad. A tad longer drive will get you to Sevilla and Córdoba. For the down to earth activities like shopping, a short drive off app 20mins gets you to Vélez-Málaga to El Ingenio shopping centre with Eroski hipermarket. For veggie options we recommend the Burger King restaurant at the top floor at El Ingenio or anywhere you can find it. You won't believe how good the veggie-burger is. As for other cuisine there are many options in both Torre de Mar and Málaga. Anyway, a long story short, it was a fantastic stay and the kids want to come back next year!
