About this property

Summary:
This cozy villa is new and located in the heart of a quiet neighborhood. It was built with love and attention: wood flooring , luxurious showers and spacious living rooms as well as a fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped. In the garden an outdoor kitchen and a large pool. In winter the pool is heated.
Routinely this is our residence. Upon arrival you will feel that you have arrived at an invested and unusual holiday home.

The Space:
In the garden there is a lively living area: ducks, lapwings and rabbits.
In the yard there are 2 adorable cats coming in and out. Cats are friendly and human-loving, and do not scratch

Guest Access:
The neighborhood has plenty of parking, and in addition - there is private parking for guests.

Other Things to Note:
The house is located in the heart of a residential neighborhood. We have a respectful relationship and good neighborliness with our neighbors, and we maintain quiet hours between 14.00-16.00 and after 22.00. The place is by no means intended for parties of any kind.
