The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a very private south-facing furnished balcony where you can fully relax.
The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer/dryer available for your laundry needs.
The bedroom contains a comfy king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces, plus access to the balcony.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is at the back of the building, so is usually quiet at night and is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The nearest subway station, Angel, is just a 1 minute walk and there are also multiple buses from there.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Key pickup is approximately a 3 minute walk on foot.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
