Holiday Apartment La Fenice is a spacious residence located on the raised ground floor, with a surface area of 140 square metres. It is ideal for groups of 7 persons and offers a private swimming pool for a relaxing stay at Lake Garda.

The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a chest of drawers that offers an additional pull-down single bed. This single bed can be joined to the lower bed to create a double bed, offering greater flexibility in accommodation. The third bedroom has a single bed and this too has a lift-up dresser that can be joined to create a double bed.

The private bathroom is complete with a bathtub and washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board for laundry needs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a TV, while the living room has another TV for your entertainment. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Air conditioning is available in the living room and master bedroom, ensuring optimal comfort during hot weather. Free public parking is always available on the street in front of the house.
