Located on the 2nd floor with stair access (no lift), this beautiful two-bedroom flat is tastefully furnished and designed for a warm and homely stay! Fitted with a comfy sofa, a 55-inch 4K TV, a workspace and a dining table, the living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city. This bright and airy space overlooks the courtyard garden at the front, with a car park sitting conveniently to the side.
The kitchen shares the same view and is fully equipped with all the high-end cooking appliances and utensils, ideal for cooking delicious homemade meals!
The two bedrooms are to the rear, and both rooms are fitted with a king bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens. Both rooms are spacious and offer plenty of storage for luggage and clothing. A single mattress is stored in the hall cupboard to sleep an extra person in the living room.
The two bathrooms have all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The flat is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
