THE APARTMENT
The apartment is partially air conditioned, with 1 unit in the lounge and the second situated in the hallway to the bedrooms and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are 2 twin bedrooms with single beds, and 2 double bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bath and bidet and the second with a shower.
The lounge leads out to a balcony, with glass doors, to admire the fantastic views of the countryside. There are 2 comfy sofas, a dining area, with a large smart tv and high speed fibre optic internet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. This leads to a utility room with washing machine.
In addition, there is a communal roof terrace, where you can view the picturesque town of Pego.

THE LOCATION
Based in the heart of Pego, all bars/restaurants and shops are within minutes walking distance. There is even a bar and renowned Indian restaurant, one minute away on foot. In addition, there is a public swimming pool, a several minutes walk away from the apartment (a minimal daily charge).
This apartment is ideal for people who want to be town based and a short drive to the beach. What could be better than, enjoying a meal and drinks without the need for taxis or driving!
