Charming 1-Bed House in East legon Accra

Welcome to our beautiful cozy home in Accra.

This lovely, detached house is within the compound of a larger house. It has its own entrance and is self-contained (own kitchen, bathroom and bedroom). This is designed to offer privacy and safety within the comfort of a larger home, while enjoying our beautiful garden.

We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


There is one bedroom in this house which contains a double bed.


There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:

Please note that adhering to these rules is a requirement of the terms and conditions of our rental agreement. We reserve the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the charges and/or penalties.

General requirements:

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am.

Pets are not allowed at the property.

When checking out, please drop off keys with personnel available.

A $10 charged will be added to you for misplaced keys.

Parking:

A parking space is available for guests in the home.

Visitors & Noise:

No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed to stay or sleep over. The maximum property capacity is 2 people.

Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please be considerate of other residents of the home.

Quiet time is from 11pm till 4:30 a.m. Please refrain from making noise during that time.

Child Safety:

Our home is not suitable for children under the age of 10 due to cactus plants. Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

Pets:

Pets are not permitted inside the cozy home.

Safety & Energy Saving:

Please use air conditioner at night or during the day only when needed. Please use fan as an alternative as much as possible to save on energy.

Please ensure air conditioner, fan and stove/cooker is off before leaving the premises.
Please close the windows, lock the door and turn off all lights when leaving the premises.

Smoking:

Smoking In the cozy home or anywhere Is not permitted/prohibited in or around the main house. Guests would have to exit through the gate to smoke outside the gate area.

Mosquitoes:

Please use your mosquito repellant provided. Mosquito nets are available for your bed, windows and door.

Damages & Breakages:

Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can investigate, repair or replace them. Please refrain from moving furniture from one area to another to avoid any damages or breakages. The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be added to your total booking cost.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

No eating or drinking in bedroom area. Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checkout. Turn off any electronics when you leave the house.

Garbage:

Please drop off garbage daily/weekly to be disposed off in garbage bin provided outside the cozy home.
