La propriétaire a annulé la réservation 2h heures avant que nous montions dans l'avion. Imaginez le stress pour mes 2 enfants et moi. Il est inadmissible, alors que la réservation avait été faite et confirmée plusieurs semaines avant, d'annuler au dernier moment.
