Perfect for a Family

In communications our host answered a myriad of questions promptly. They were extremely accommodating. The flat is in a safe, upscale neighborhood with easy tube access and close to the Museum of Natural History. A grocery store is within easy walking distance and a two wheeled cart provided is great way to transport groceries The bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate. In addition this flat is generously supplied with linens, paper products and basic tea, coffee, cooking oil etc. There was an area on entry with a carpet stain. That is not indicative of the flat. The flat is a garden apartment but has many windows and lots of natural light. Everyone has a different experience but we were delighted to find this at a reasonable rate.

Dirty Rental

We booked this property for 10/1-10/8. Upon arrival, the address that was given was in correct. Instead of a 3rd floor flat it was a basement flat 2 doors down. We walked in and noticed a musty moldy smell. Walking around inside the property, there were old McDonalds fries in the microwave; a dirty coffee cup with a used tea bag in it; dirty ash trays around the home; garbage still in the garbage cans; bath towels stained; animal hair on floor; no directions on tv use. We contacted owner and took no responsibility blamed VRBO for incorrect address and then blamed cleaning company. We were very disappointed as to this was a family vacation. Please be cautious when booking this property.
