A villa centrally located in the middle between salty seas and inland lakes. Welcome to a family-friendly villa centrally located in Tanumshede, central town in Tanum municipality. With its central location in Tanumshede, you are close to the town's shopping centers, shops, restaurants, gym, padel hall and all other services. In addition, you are strategically placed to take part in all the possibilities of the entire northern Bohuslän, everything from salty baths, fishing villages, boathouse environments to inland lakes, forests and wildlife. Via the villa's entrance you enter a large hall which is the hub of the villa, from where you reach the living room with dining room furniture, a large, lovely corner sofa and TV. Kitchen with stove, separate oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. There are three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and one has a single bed. From the hall, a staircase leads down to the basement level with a bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, sauna with room for 6 people. Should the weather be unfavorable, or you just feel like an evening at home, there is an activity room with a cinema and exercise equipment. The room also has a warming wood stove. From the kitchen, a patio door leads out to the large patio area with summer furniture and barbecue. On the lawn outside there are several playground equipment, everything for a pleasant time outdoors with games, food and drinks. The villa has a fiber connection. It is not far to several of northern Bohuslän's picturesque fishing villages where, in addition to experiencing the narrow alleys, summer shops and restaurants, you can also rent boat charters, fishing trips or why not a kayak to experience the beautiful archipelago outside. Several nature reserves with fantastic nature can be found in the area, such as Tjurpannan and also Sweden's first marine national park Kosterhavets national park are well worth a visit. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses to choose from, the closest of which is Mjölkeröds GK. Tanumshede has a unique world-famous world heritage area where you will find thousands of rock carvings as well as a Bronze Age farm where you can experience everyday life as it could have been during the Bronze Age. At the Vitlycke museum, there is an archeology school for children, exciting night hikes and much more.
