Rosemary Beach Getaway

Wow, what a beautiful home(condo), my wife and my 2 grown daughters had an amazing time in Rosemary. This home is stunning, Look no further. Everything is within walking distance, shops, restaurants and of course the beautiful beach. If available in the future, we WILL be back!!!!

Perfect Rosemary Beach location

We (two older couples) chose this place because of (1) its close proximity to restaurants, etc. in Roswemary Beach, (2) its elevator access and one-floor living, (2) its two king bedrooms with private baths. It was truly lovely... well equipped, wonderful linens, aesthetically beautiful, large decks... elegant vacationing at its best! We will be coming back to visit here again!

Nice condo in the heart of Rosemary Beach

We enjoyed the location, layout and cleanliness of the condo. All the furniture and decorations were very nice. Our biggest complaint was the significant amount of morning noise from the trash truck daily beeping at 6am below us along with noises from the restaurants below. We would also get a wake up by a gentleman that vacuumed the stairwell by our condo every morning and bang the metal handrails. The condo was very centrally located in the heart of all the fun of Rosemary and it was still a nice getaway for our family.

Very Loud and beware of parking....

The location, although centrally located, is not great being on top and below a restaurant. It is loud, like very loud. That's during operation, during closing at 1am each night, and early in the morning. This noise is the worst in the master bedroom. Bring ear plugs. The parking that is included is an extremely tight garage that will not fit a large SUV. That said it was okay for a minivan. The problem is it is also located right next to the restaurant, so throughout the stay people park along that street (illegally) and go into the restaurant. If there is a car across the street, you cannot get a car (of any size) in or out of that garage because of how tight it is. So, when we checked in at night we had no place to park, and also got our vehicle stuck in there a couple of times.
