Upon turning right from the entrance, you'll be greeted by the inviting living room, complete with a Smart TV with Freeview for entertainment and a view of the garden. This well-appointed living space provides a comfortable area for relaxation and enjoying leisure activities.

The kitchen is right next to the living room and has everything you need for cooking. It is fully stocked with all the tools, utensils, and equipment you need for cooking delicious meals.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Horsforth which is widely considered to be one of the largest and most popular suburbs of Leeds. Horsforth offers an abundance of amenities, including a wide range of bars, restaurants, and shops.

Kirkstall forge is the nearest train station from our apartment.

Kirkstall Abbey- A historic Cistercian monastery ruins located a short distance away in Kirkstall, offering a glimpse into medieval history.

Horsforth Hall Park- is a large community park in Horsforth, West Yorkshire, England, approximately six miles from Leeds city centre. The park's attractions include large spaces of open parkland, a cricket pitch, a bowling green, an adventure playground, a bandstand and a formal Japanese garden.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
