The property didn’t provide any check-in detail so we couldn’t enter the hotel and they was nobody to assist us. They didn’t reply to any of our calls or message and we were left stranded in Liverpool with no place to stay. Vbro wasn’t helpful at all either as they didn’t offer to relocate us anywhere and we were basically told to find our own accommodation even though we booked the property. I would really not recommend booking this hotel, unacceptable!!!
