Open plan living/dining/kitchen with double sofa bed
Free street parking possible but can have limited spaces.

Additional rules
- No pets
- No smoking, parties, or events
- Check-in is anytime after 4PM and check out by 10AM
- Self check-in with lockbox
- Parties are strictly prohibited
- Extra guests are not allowed
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm.
- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
- This is your home in Cardiff, please care for it as such
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property
- Street parking possible
- Must climb stairs - No lift and apartment located on second floor
- Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to £200
