Holiday apartment located very close to the historic center. Plaza de la Merced is 220 meters (3 min walk), Picasso's Birthplace 270 meters (3 min walk), Cervantes Theater 400 meters (5 min walk), Malaga Cathedral 750 meters (9 min walk), the Marina and Pier One 900 meters (11 min walk), La Malagueta Beach 1.4 km (17 min walk). Distances and times have been checked with Maps.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen (washer-dryer, microwave, toaster, Italian coffee maker, kettle, etc).

Hot and cold air split both in the bedroom and in the living room.
