About this property

Chalet Hauteville is situated in the hamlet of Hauteville, just below the resort of La Rosiere with direct access to the mountains.
The chalet has been recently completed to a very high standard.

The top floor provides a wonderful open-plan space with panoramic views over the Tarentaise valley. It comprises a modern and well equipped kitchen, dining table for 8, sitting area, TV area and balconies on the east and south side.

On the middle floor, the master bedroom has a super- king sized bed and a large en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, also on the middle floor, has a super-king sized bed (which can be split to make two singles), and lovely en-suite shower bathroom. A guest toilet completes the middle floor. Both bedrooms have direct access to the middle floor balcony.

The ground floor has the third bedroom with built-in cosy bunk beds, a desk, 'smart' TV and a large en-suite shower bathroom. A hall entrance, boot room (with hooks to hang jackets) and laundry facilities completes the ground floor.

À refaire !!!

Du début à la fin le séjour a été parfait à part 2 petits imprévus qui ont été résolus en 5min chrono par Will. Tout a été mis en œuvre pour que ma famille et moi même passions de belles vacances. Le chalet est spacieux propre fonctionnel et identique à sa description. Le petit plus est la pièce à vivre offrant une superbe vue sur les montagnes grâce à ses baies vitrées. Concernant Will… Un grand merci pour sa communication, l’organisation et sa sympathie. Il est surtout très arrangeant et fait tout ce qu’il peut pour rendre le séjour d’autant plus agréable. Autant dire que je le recommande sans hésitation vous le regretterez pas. ✌✌

Un séjour inoubliable ⭐️

Mille mercis Will pour ce fabuleux séjour que nous avons passé dans votre chalet ! Merci pour la communication, votre flexibilité et votre gentillesse. Le chalet est plus que bien équipé, les parties communes sont très agréables, les chambres très confortables (literie/draps/linge de bain). La cuisine est parfaite, c’est bien la première fois que je trouve une location aussi bien équipée (piano de cuisine magnifique, ustensiles, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, grand frigo, très large choix de vaisselle, tout y est !) Niveau confort et équipements, c’est un chalet haut de gamme). La vue est magnifique, les coucher de soleil inoubliables, l’accessibilité à la station de la Rosière se fait très facilement : environ 7 mns en voiture. Si vous souhaitez passer de bons moments en famille ou entre amis à la montagne, n’hésitez plus, vous avez trouvé la perle rare !
