Welcome to Gulf Get-Aweigh! Our condo in the Pavilion Palms complex is centrally located unit in the A building which faces the Gulf of Mexico! The ten-foot ceilings and soothing tones of Pavilion Palms 103 are so welcoming that stress transforms into sunshine the moment you step in. The open floor plan featuring a large kitchen with an attached laundry room, a beautiful custom dining set and living room furniture all look out over the luscious pool deck.

Pavilion Palms is a 'low-rise' community perfectly situated away from the crowds and congestion associated with 'high-rise' apartment buildings. Our central location on Scenic Gulf Drive is convenient for shopping, restaurants, and an abundance of activities. We are located approximately 1/8 mile West of costumed Joe's Restaurant. This restaurant is a favorite for Locals as well as Tourists and it is just a short stroll away!

The entrance to Pavilion Palms is gated for your privacy, and the elevators are conveniently positioned. Our Condominium is located on the second floor of a three-story building. There is a seasonally heated pool located within the private courtyard surrounded by lush tropical vegetation.

Watch the family play football on the green lawn from the spacious wrap-around balcony as the emerald waves roll in just step away.

After an exciting day of shopping at the outlet malls, golfing on a nearby course, or playing in the sun and surf you’ll sleep like you’ve never slept before. The comfortable, industrial chic decor bedrooms combined with the sounds of the Gulf will be the best bedtime story you’ve ever heard. Luxury and convenience blend together seamlessly in this Destin condo. Boasting elevators, private balconies, and gated entrance plus an excellent location across from the beach these units are simply stylish.

Great Location - Super Clean Condo

Perfect Stay!!

Pool and Beach a stones throw away! Perfect location great home 3 bedtooms and 3 full Baths. Will definitely stay here again. My second time in Destin and the place didn’t disappoint!

A Sweet Getaway

This property is in the perfect location, steps away from the beach, every room has a king size bed, beautiful kitchen and living room set up. I spent plenty of time on the large balcony with a pool and beach view. We loved this place! And would love to stay here again. With this being a family trip, we were close to restaurants and shopping, The Track, Big Kahuna’s and the Boardwalk. If you are looking for balance of peace and fun, this is the spot! In this location you can enjoy smaller crowds at the beach and bring your own beach chairs and you’re not too far away from all of the attractions on the strip. “Steps Away From The Beach, Minutes Away From Everything Else”

Not staying here again

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is nice, location is great for access to the beach, pool and restaurants but we had way too many drawbacks to want to stay here again or recommend it to anyone.First drawback: After flying in and having to wait until the check-in time of 4pm and following all instructions given on the email, we were unable to enter into our rental. The code wouldn’t work and we tried many times. We called/emailed the host and there was no help until 25 min after the 4pm check-in. That was extremely inconvenient given that we had 4 kids anxiously waiting to get in and settle. We were fortunately able to get in but the wait and code error was unpleasant. The second drawback: This rental had a strong mold/mildew smell. Even a few of the kids mentioned it. We opened doors to cross ventilate and it helped a little but never went away. The mold/mildew smell lingered for our entire stay and even after (in our clothes/luggage) and it’s probably the reason a few of the kiddos got sick. Third drawback: This home wasn’t very hospitable. The kitchen didn’t have even the slightest bare essentials to get by for even one day. Two coffee machine but no filters/pods sugar etc. Same for the bathrooms in terms for hand soap.Fourth drawback: The bed linens were dirty. They were spotted and just looked dingy and old.We made the best of our week long stay as we could but we won’t be staying here again.

Something is weird

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had read about the mildew smell in reviews and crossed our fingers, but then everyone at the condo got sick (AND DID NOT EAT THE SAME THING because we have seafood and non seafood eaters) even our visitors on Sunday who didn’t eat got sick. The common denominator is the mildew, and exposure to mold is dangerous.
