The Space:
My luxurious, modern flat with a private balcony is perfect for couples or business travelers. The fully equipped kitchen and open living area offer stunning views and high-end amenities, including super fast WiFi. Work from home is comfortable with a 27" monitor, ergonomic chair, and a wireless HP printer. Health enthusiasts will appreciate the yoga mat and weights.
The bedroom features a king-size bed, blackout blinds, and ample wardrobe space. The bathroom, with underfloor heating, offers a relaxing soak in a large tub and comes with fluffy white towels and toiletries.

Guest Access:
Guests have complete access to the flat. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. The Neighborhood:
Located near Shoreditch, my neighborhood offers easy access to trendy bars, world-class restaurants like Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen, and unique spots such as Nightjar for cocktails. A 15-minute walk brings you to charming canals, quaint pubs, and the modern Red Gallery. This area is known for its vibrant nightlife, artistic appeal, and unique character, different from typical West London tourist spots. You'll find the entire city accessible but may find it hard to leave this amazing neighborhood.
Getting Around:
The flat is very conveniently located just a 6-7 minute walk away from the Old Street station (Northern line). From here you can easily connect to Kings Cross and other stations north, or down to the business district of Bank. You can also easily take a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride to Liverpool Station, which connects to Stansted Airport and has easy access to many other parts of the city through the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City, and Metropolitan lines.
Other Things to Note:
• There is no mailing service available.
• A £500 refundable security deposit is required for this property, with an alternative option of a £45 non-refundable deposit waiver. The security deposit is refunded within 14 working days post check-out, assuming no damage to the property. Superhog, our deposit management partner, will contact our guests to collect the payments on our behalf. This step is necessary to receive check-in instructions.
