The perfect location without all the noise of the old town and with all the comfort of a modern apartment in a historical building, make this as unique place to stay.

The flat is fully equipped. You enter via the living area and open kitchen. Wifi, Tv , sofa, table and chairs plus a kitchen with induction and Nespresso machine....,

Then you need to go up one floor to reach the bathroom (renovated in 2020) with shower + Wc + sink.
Same to reach the separate bedroom with double bed and a window looking down on the square.

The flat is equipped with Airco and heating.

You will be walking distance from all major sites of Nice , and you will find the necessary transport facilities nearby to discover Monaco, Cannes, St Paul de Vence....the beaches, the French Alps....and much more.

Travellers have full access to the whole apartment.
