Villa Carmina is a modern and beautiful four-bedroom villa close to the sea in Paphos, Cyprus in a quiet location on the outskirts of the town. There is easy access to the sea and the nearby nightlife.

A bedroom and family bathroom downstairs is ideal for anyone who finds stairs difficult. Upstairs are three ensuite bedrooms and two roof terraces.

A fully fitted kitchen, dining area, and comfortable lounge are on the ground floor.

Outside is a heated swimming pool, garden, and dining area.

Villa Carmina offers all the modern facilities you would expect of a top-end holiday rental.

Air conditioning throughout, beautifully tiled flooring, a fully fitted kitchen, and large dining and lounge areas make Villa Carmina a comfortable place to enjoy your holiday in Cyprus.

In the kitchen is an American-style fridge freezer with an auto ice maker for on-tap ice to enjoy with your favourite tipple and chilled filtered drinking water.

Every room in the villa has mosquito nets across the doors and windows so that you can sleep with the windows open with no risk of a bite!

AirPrint printer available for guest use - ideal for printing your boarding passes.

Outside is a large swimming pool with optional heating for the cooler months.

In the evenings, dining al fresco is one of the pleasures of holidaying in Cyprus, and Villa Carmina doesn't disappoint, with a large dining table and seating area.

If you are staying for two weeks, we will provide a change of towels and bed linen for you for free.
