ns avons été déçu par l'emplacement du logement, sans fenêtre, que des vasistas ce qui n'était pas spécifié dans l'annonce. de plus, le logement n'était pas très propre notamment dans la SDB. un étendage était ouvert et sous les pieds il y avait encore de la poussière et sur la table, il y avait également une couche de poussière.

Joli logement façon chalet

L'appartement est joli mais il mériterait des améliorations indispensables: des ampoules dans les lampes et dans le frigo, un évier de salle de bain non bouché, une pelle pour déneiger les escaliers sinon c'est la chute assurée, une cabine de douche en dur en non un rideau absolument pas hygiènique..

Bien mais peut mieux faire...

Malgré un message envoyé au propriétaire 3 jours avant notre départ, auquel nous n'avons pas eu de réponse, c'est arrivant devant le logement que nous nous apercevons qu'il fallait un code pour rentrer. Pour moi la procédure d'arrivée est inexistante. D'autre part, le DVD était HS, le grill pain manquant, et plus génant encore le rideau de douche innaproprié. Sinon le logement est globalement agréable, la situation plutôt bonne malgré le boulevard. Manque peut-être un bon couteau de cuisine et une connexion internet (réseau téléphone faible en plus).

Joli petit appartement, bon accueil, mais quelques installations a revoir.

Joli petit appartement, agréable agencement intérieur et déco de bon goût, mais quelques installations à revoir : refixer impérativement une des 2 rambardes extérieurs qui manque de céder et qui pourrait causer une chute de plusieurs mètres, revoir l installation électrique de la machine à laver le linge certainement pas aux normes, revoir l installation de la douche avec son système de rideau vétuste, ventilation curieusement permanente et bruyante de la salle de bain dans la cuisine (non vers l extérieur), changer le lustre au dessus du lit très vieillot et sale, remettre un sèche cheveux (pourtant indiqué sur le site), prévoir un minimum de consommables pour l accueil ( savon, papier toilettes,...), pofiner le nettoyage.

A perfect base for hiking and sight-seeing in the the Auvergne region.

This apartment is a perfect base for visiting the Auvergne region. It's close to some amazing hiking routes which offer spectacular views of the surrounding area. There are also mountain bike trails and bike-hire within walking distance. Plenty for kids to do, like Summer-Luge, Treetop-Adventures, ziplining, Scooter-hire, Ice-skating etc. Everything you need for an ideal activity holiday. The apartment itself was very nice, built into a loft conversion. It was very clean and well-equipped. Taste-fully decorated but it could do with a little attention and maintenance in a couple of places: for example, the sofa-bed would benefit from being updated as the slats tended to drop out from their fixings at random moments. But these were minor complaints in an otherwise comfortable and family-friendly apartment.

Appartement charmant avec mezzanine dans maison calme, proche du centre du mont dore. Agréable et bien équipé. Proximité à pieds de tous les commerces et des navettes gratuites pour aller sur les pistes de ski. Seule problématique rencontrée : le stationnement est difficile dans la rue de l'appartement. Appartement idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants, qui souhaite profiter des pistes de ski et du village du mont dore.

L'appartement est , comme l'indique la description , un petit chalet au cœur de la ville ! aménagé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié pouvoir retrouver un endroit chaleureux après nos ballades sous la neige. Merci beaucoup. Tout était parfait.

Superbe appartement douillet

Très agréable séjour dans ce joli appartement confortable et douillet. Tout y est, spacieux et fonctionnel vous ne devriez manquer de rien. A proximité des commerces et des navettes, pas besoin de prendre le véhicule. Le centre ville est très mignon et les commerçants très accueillants. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Le Mont Dore sous la neige est sublime. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir l'année prochaine.

Superbe appartement

Superbe appartement avec une magnifique déco style chalet très chaleureux on s'y sent très bien, très fonctionnel et très bien placé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ensoleillé dans cette splendide région nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Famille Le Moulec.
