Wobbly Cod is a short stroll away from Charlestown harbour and its tall ships, a UNSECO world heritage site, and the last working 18th Century Georgian harbour in the UK. The harbour, which has been used as the backdrop for BBC’s Poldark and The Eagle Has Landed, offers an array of tempting cafés and restaurants. From fresh seafood to tapas or quayside pop up delights at HarbourQ. Charlestown beach is perfect for an afternoon swim, kayaking, rock-pooling or perhaps a picnic with family and friends. Please request a travel cot, stair gates or highchair at the point of booking. The cot has a standard padded base, some guests choose to bring an additional mattress for added comfort and guests will need to bring their own bedding, although a bottom sheet will be provided. Travel cots and stair gates will need to be assembled and fixed upon arrival and instructions will of course be provided.
