ART & RDD TAKE NYC

My family and I traveled to NYC to visit other family members we live in Ohio my mother and I are from NYC the apartment overall was really nice the kitchen and living room area are pretty small but being from NYC we understand they sacrificed living room and kitchen space for bedroom space because all 3 bedrooms were a nice size…I did have to reach out to the host upon arrival because I never received checkin instructions the host was fast to respond and said someone would be there to greet us with keys when we arrived a young lady who did not speak any English did greet us with keys the 2nd time I reached out to the host was regarding trash pick up because the apt being so small trash was taking up space I never got a response as to what we needed to do with the trash so we took it and set it on the side of the house…the master bedroom was very cold on the 1st night, there are only sheets on the beds no comforters, the heat is temperature controlled which we weren’t aware of so we went and bought a space heater which helped but blew the fuse the in the apt next door so we were told not to plug the heater up the host would adjust the heat…the only complaints I have are the temperature and the mouse or mice again being from NYC mice in the apt is not unusual but I’m not sure if it was 1 mouse or multiple mice we saw but my daughter woke up to a mouse in her bed which was kind of traumatizing for her because we don’t deal with mice at that capacity where we are from
