As London's only Grade II listed Mews, first constructed in 1870 and famous for its archway, the street has also appeared in many films such as The Golden Compass and Netflix Series 'The Crown'.

The property is a 5-minute walk from Holland Park Station (Central Line), and a 13-minute walk from Notting Hill Gate Station, (District/Circle Line), both getting you into Central London within just 15 minutes, making this property the perfect location for your stay in London.

The property can comfortably accommodate up to four people, two of whom by use of a king-size sofa bed located in the large study/entrance area, who benefit from private usage of the guest bathroom/free-standing shower room.

The smoke-free property features a large open-plan living room/kitchen with vaulted ceilings, an en-suite master
bedroom, a study/occasional guest bedroom, a guest bathroom/shower room, a well-equipped laundry room, and a spacious balcony area overlooking the traditional cobbled street, perfect for an evening coffee.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a glass dining table and a Smart TV. The large stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes all the cooking utensils that you could need when preparing a quick snack or your evening dinner.

The bright master bedroom is equipped with a Euro king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom equipped with marble marble-backed vanity unit, and a rain shower over the bath.

The property has been redecorated to a high standard with the use of natural materials using a combination of black American walnut flooring in the living room area, and natural Portland Stone flooring (used to build Buckingham Palace) for the downstairs areas providing a contemporary and modern feel.

To ensure a trouble-free experience for our guests and neighbours, this property is fitted with a device to alert the host to excessive noise, parties, or cigarette smoke, which may result in complaints from nearby residents. We thank you for your cooperation in respecting our house rules.
