Family house situated in the enchanting surroundings of Semmering with a view of the beautiful mountain panorama, close to the Semmering and Stuhleck ski resorts. The distance from Vienna is approximately 80 km, and it takes about an hour and a half from Bratislava. Semmering offers numerous year-round activities. The area is ideal for nature and sports enthusiasts, boasting two ski resorts, Stuhleck and Hirschenkogel, as well as many hiking, rock climbing, and cycling trails. During the winter season, Semmering hosts the World Ski Championships. In the summer, the Mountain Bikepark Semmering is popular among mountain bikers, and various summer festivals and attractions attract many visitors. At the summit of Hirschenkogel, there is a newly opened amusement park for both children and adults, featuring outdoor attractions, bungee jumping, various climbing activities, and a climbing park. The bike park offers several trails of different difficulty levels and a separate track for specialized carts.

During the winter season, In Hirschenkogel - Semmering there are two separate lifts available: one cable car and one four-seat chairlift. The mountain has several slopes, ranging from the easiest "Familienabfahrt" to a black slope, including the "FIS slope," where the Women's Alpine Skiing World Cup is held every two years. On the mountain, there is also a popular toboggan run. Several dining options are available directly on the mountain, and there is also an APRES SKI Bar.
On the opposite side there is the small lift for young children.

The accommodation itself in of the mountain family house ART IM WALTFRIEDEN is divided into two floors.

The accommodation offered is in separate rooms on the 1st floor of the building with a common living room and kitchen. Smaller room has a doublebed , while the other big room has two double beds and a single bed. The offer includes a large living room connected to the kitchen area, which is fully equipped and has a large dining table for 8 people. On the first floor, there is also a bathroom with a washing machine and two separate toilets. Parking is available directly at the house and is suitable for up to 8 cars. In the ground floor area, there is a permanent exhibition of original paintings by the owner of the house, which can be purchased by arrangement.
The accommodation offers the opportunity for outdoor fun right at the house, including small soccer, swings, trampolines, and a wide range of board games.
There is also indoor table tennis, the possibility to rent mountain bikes, children's bikes, or folding bikes, and the garden provides the opportunity for grilling on a portable barbecue. In the winter season, you can rent skis and ski boots.




Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
