We live in Manchester & are on-hand to help should you need us, but generally we will leave you to enjoy your stay. You will receive all the necessary information prior to check-in plus our in-depth welcome guide.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement that governs the terms of the stay, to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID for the lead booker and a matching payment card for the £200 damage deposit. This will be authorised before check-in and released after check-out once the property has been checked.

A Ring doorbell is in situ outside the property & a noise monitor (records decibels not conversations) for security purposes.
