On the entrance opens the living area with a modern open kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, and breakfast peninsula. Alongside it is the dining room and living room, furnished with a double sofa bed and television. In the sleeping area is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and wardrobe. Finally, a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room complete the layout.
