As a self-catering apartment, you'll find all that you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchenette has a fridge, a cooker, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave etc.

The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers immersive viewing from a TV projector and free WIFI access.

The apartment boasts one bedroom with a double bed, and an additional sleeping space on a luxurious sofa bed that sleeps two comfortably.

There is one bathroom, with a toilet, a sink and a walk-in shower.

Bed linen, towels, shower gel and bath lotion are available including other essentials are included to make your arrival and stay smooth and hassle free.

House Rules:
Identification Requirement:
We require a valid form of identification (Passport or UK driver's license) for each guest staying at the property. If the guest making the booking will not be staying, we also need their identification. Any breach of this policy will result in the stay being cancelled, guests evicted without refund. Should circumstances change and you need to make adjustments to your booking kindly contact us we are always willing to help as best we can.

A damage deposit of £100 will be requested before check-in. This deposit is fully refundable within 72hours of check-out, following a cleaning and house check. Please note that this is a separate payment from your booking, and it is designed to cover any potential damages during your stay.

No Parties & Events:
Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and other guests in the area by refraining from hosting parties or gatherings on the property.

No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. We kindly ask that you smoke and vape only in outdoor areas.

No Pets
Service animals may be accepted, kindly contact us directly, this may incur and cleaning fee surcharge.

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:
Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated, subject to availability and additional charges.

Early Check-In Fee: £25
Late Check-Out Fee (up to 2 hours): £50

If you wish to extend your stay beyond 2 hours past the agreed check-out time, a full night's stay will be charged without any further extension of the stay, unless this is required and can be accommodated.
