This captivating apartment in Barcelona has 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people with a double sofa bed included. The apartment is 45 m² and has been recently decorated. Apartment recommended for families, not groups of young people. It has an elevator, iron, internet access (wifi), alarm, central heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, 1 TV. In the kitchen there is a fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, coffee maker and tea maker.

The property is located 5 minutes from Lesseps station, which takes you to Plaça Catalunya in just 10 minutes. You also have buses and railways, so it's very easy to get everywhere!

This apartment is located in a fashionable area Putxet i el Farró is a residential neighborhood, located around the Turó del Putxet gardens, a landscaped park on top of a hill with views of the city and the sea. In the area you can find numerous buildings of Catalan modernist architecture, such as La Casa Ramos, a modernist apartment building from the beginning of the 20th century. The narrow, straight streets are lined with lively gastrobars, refined fusion cuisine restaurants, and informal bodega and tapas bars.

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10pm it will be €50 and after 1am it will be €100

- If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be 30 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. it will be 50 EUR and from 1 a.m. it will be 100 euros.

- If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 10 p.m., after 10 p.m. 100 euros and after 1 a.m. 150 euros

- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (€5.5/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights).

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
