The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stovetop, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a desk, providing a comfortable workspace for those who need to work or study during their stay, a large smart TV with access to various streaming options for your entertainment, and a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in one of the most famous neighbourhoods in Porto, when you stay in our home, you'll find yourself surrounded by shops, art galleries, the Bolhão Market, Aliados, beautiful sights of the Douro River, monuments and more.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Trindade, is just a 4-minute walk.

The nearest train station, São Bento, is just an 8-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
