You find all amenities just around the corner: supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc. as well as the beach which is a 2-minute walk away.

Getting to 20 Rue Meyerbeer, 06000 Nice, France, from both the airport and the main train station is convenient, thanks to the city's efficient public transportation system. Here's a guide on accessing the address by public transport from both starting points:
From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport:
Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is located around 7 kilometers southwest of the city center.
Take the tram line T2 from the airport's Terminal Tram Stop and exit at Stop "Alsace Lorraine" (total trip: ca. 20 minutes). From there, it's just a 6min walk to 20 Rue Meyerbeer.
From Nice-Ville Train Station:
Nice-Ville Train Station, also known as Gare de Nice-Ville, is the main train station in Nice. It is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to reach 20 Rue Meyerbeer:
From the train station, walk to the "Gare Thiers" tram stop. Take tram line 1 (T1) heading towards "Henri Sappia" and disembark at the "Jean Médecin" stop. From there, it's a 9min walk to Rue Meyerbeer.
If you decide to walk from the main train station to the apartment, you'll need about 12 minutes.

Tramline T2: Get the tram T2 direction Port Lympia from the stop "Alsace Lorraine" and you'll be at the Harbour in about 5 minutes by tram.

You walk only 13 minutes to the old town of Nice

There are several public parkings close by the apartment. The closest are Parking Grimaldi, 11 Rue Maccarani, 06000 Nice and Parking Palais de la Méditerranée, 3 Rue du Congrès, 06000 Nice
Information:
The apartment has no air conditioning, no TV and no freezer.
Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ in cash, from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. No check-in after 1am.
With the general propagation of bedbugs in many countries, we want to reassure our tenants/guests that we do everything to keep our rental properties bugfree.
The tenant/ guest acknowledges that the Owner/House Manager has inspected the Premises of any rodents, bed bugs or other infestations according to good knowledge and conscience.
The tenant/ guest shall ensure that all personal property brought onto the apartment/ premises is free of infestations. The tenant/ guest shall keep the Property reasonably neat and clean to prevent pest infestation. The tenant/ guest shall immediately notify the Owner/House Manager of any pest infestation and shall cooperate in any necessary pest control measures. If pest control is required, The tenant/ guest shall make reasonable preparations in the rented apartment/ Premises as directed by the Owner/Property Manager for such treatment.
The owner/property manager disclaims any and all liability, such as for direct and indirect damages, losses, damages, and costs that may be incurred by the tenant/ guest as a result of a bed bug infestation. The tenant/ guest is advised to take out insurance against such damages, if necessary, in order to be indemnified thereby.
