Costa-Rental S.L. welcomes you to our Beautioful 3 Bed Apartment in Ayamonte. As a self-catering house it has everything you need for your stay.

The property is on the first floor. We enter to a corridor which leads us to the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Next to it is the living room with TV for your entertainment and access to the large terrace with views over the field.

This property has 3 bedrooms The main bedroom has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third one with one single bed. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is also another bathroom with bath tube. This property can accommodate up to 5 guests.

There is community pool and garden. Also a Tennis/paddel court and parking space inside the gated complex.

Bed linen, towels, washing machine and iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Fantastic location, directly next to the comercial center of Ayamonte and supermarket. 10 min. driveway to the beach of Isla Canela, Punta del Moral and Portugal. Faro Airport is 45 min. away. Sevilla Airport 1 hour and 30 min.

House Rules:
- Check-in time from 3pm and check-out until 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- No youth groups, parties or events
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Beach Towels are not included.
- A security deposit of 300 Euro will be required in cash on the day of arrival.
