Appartamento Leonard is accessible from a small street in the old town centre. The apartment opens into a large living room under barrel-vaulted ceiling, furnished with dining area, double sofa bed and tv.
Next to the living room there are a beautiful and well-equipped kitchen and the half bath with toilent and washbasin. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom with access to the laundry area and bathroom and to the furnished garden at the back.

The apartment is in the old town centre of Carovigno, an beautiful and worth discovering ancient town, in the heart of the area of Brindisi.
The beaches on the Adriatic coast are 7 kilometers away. The nature reserve of Torre Guaceto is 13 kilometers away. The beautiful town of Ostuni is 6 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- The second bathroom is just a service toilet.
- There is a mosquito net just in the door that opens into the garden.
