The master bedroom offers a king-size bed with its bathroom, providing added privacy and convenience, and the second bedroom has a double bed. All the beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a towel dryer, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

The district is most famous for Old Trafford Stadium, the home ground of Manchester United Football Club. The stadium is a sports venue, a significant landmark, and a pilgrimage site for football fans worldwide. In addition to football, Old Trafford is home to the Lancashire Cricket Club, and the Old Trafford Cricket Ground is located nearby. The cricket ground has a rich history and hosts international and domestic matches. The area around Old Trafford Stadium has various amenities, including pubs, restaurants, and shops, creating a vibrant matchday atmosphere. The surrounding streets may see increased activity and foot traffic during football and cricket events.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
