This charming studio apartment ideally accommodates 2 people. It is located in the heart of the city of Caen and is close to many bus stops and 9 minutes from the tramway. In and around the street, you will be spoilt for choice with numerous shops, bars (rue écuyère a few metres away) and restaurants.

Proud of its architectural qualities, we have renovated the flat to give it back its elegance while keeping its old charm. We have fully equipped it to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

It has a bedroom area with a queen size bed and a wardrobe. Extra duvets, sheets and pillows are provided.

The living room is equipped with a TV, Wifi connection and a sofa.

In the bathroom you will find a shower and everything you need such as towels, toilet paper and a hair dryer.

Procédure d'arrivée compliquée

La réservation de ce logement passe par Abritel,puislar une autre plateforme puis par le propriétaire, en résultent une complication de la procédure d'arrivée. En effet, passant un séjour court à Caen nous avions comme projet de visiter le mémorial dès notre arrivée, sous réserve de récupérer notre logement à l'heure prévue, soit 16h. Malgré plusieurs tentatives de contact avant notre arrivée, nous n'avions aucun retour des hôtes et donc aucune information sur l'arrivée. Après avoir envoyé un mail et laissé 2 mm essahes vocaux à l'hôte sans réponse, nous avons du contacter le support Abritel, puis le support de la plateforme intermédiaire pour enfin réceptionner les informations pour accéder au logement, après avoir attendu presque 30mn devant le bâtiment. Je ne recommande donc pas. En revanche l'appartement en lui même est très bien, propre, pratique, lumineux et très bien placé pour visiter la ville.
