Not great
Having to do the passport thing to get the check in information was a pain.
When we got there we weren’t told about that the elevator could not handle 3 people and we were greeted by a angry tenant telling us we broke the elevator so we were scared to use it again and had to go up 4 flights of stairs every time. When we got inside the place was small which is fine but it’s made smaller because there is so many cabinets and shoe storage things just too much stuff it it. It was not clean very good. There was food in the sink, the bathroom just looked icky and smelled musty. There was glass of water left under the bed. I texted the owner and asked if there were extra towels and covers and if there was toilet paper because there was none there at all. She told me this was not a hotel that I’d have to provide theses things. I wanted to leave but I’d lose money so we spent the evening walking to. Store that we could buy towels toilet paper paper towels cleaner to clean the shower and toilet and a dish rag to wash the dishes. That was annoying to spend my time in Italy doing that. Also the pictures don’t show that the place has glitter paint everywhere and the the sink and toilets in the bathroom have been painted blue like with paint brushes it’s just tacky so is the glitter toilet seat. The toilet runs all the time. There is no water pressure the shower head bearly lets out water and if you flush the toilet you have to wait a long time so you can use the sinks or the shower.
