Located in the heart of the city, this beautiful penthouse apartment offers stunning cityscape views from the balcony along with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms & one double sofa bed in the lounge.



Modern, full of natural light & beautiful this apartment is the ideal space for those looking to explore the city, visit for business or even work from home in comfort!

The apartment is just moments away from Liverpool One & the iconic waterfront.

The Space:
Our spacious lounge comprises of a flat screen Smart TV with an array of DVD's and family games for a cosy night in.

Relax in our two cosy double bedrooms complete with plenty of storage space and views over the city.

The fully equipped contemporary kitchen comes with an oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Start the day right with our Nespresso machine with pods provided. With dining space for 6, our apartment is ideal for a night in cooking or a hearty breakfast before a day exploring the city.

The clean, private bathrooms provide bath and shower facilities with complimentary toiletries and fluffy white towels for each guest.

Please note the TV in the bedroom does not have live channels, however, it does have a Firestick.

The apartment also comes with one free parking spot. The entrance and exit to the car park is big enough to fit larger vehicles/vans - absolutely ideal for a getaway with friends or family!

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Our guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is in a residential building and we ask that our guests respect our neighbours at all times.
Ideal location in the very centre of Liverpool! 5/10 minutes walk from the Albert Dock and Liverpool One's famous shopping centre. This area of Liverpool is host to many of Liverpool's top restaurants and bars.

Getting Around:
We provide one secure allocated carpark space on site - full details will be shared in your check in instructions.

For any further parking there is a car park just 5 mins walk away at: UK Parking Control Ltd, King Park. Kings Dock Street, L1 8LE

The apartment is within walking distance of all Liverpool's City Centre attractions, however, if you fancy venturing further afield then all transport links are nearby. There is Liverpool ONE Bus Station only 2 minute walk away and Liverpool Lime Street Train Station 10 minute walk.

Other Things to Note:
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Baltic Triangle - Go Local that is about 6 minute walk. This is located at 46 St James St, Liverpool L1 0AB.

The store is open from 07:00 - 00:00 everyday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 8th floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

We do not manage the communal areas of the building, and therefore do not have any control/responsibility over this.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
