The second bedroom is situated on the west-wing side and contains a king-size bed, dressing area with ample cupboard space, and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is located on the lower floor and exits onto the patio below with views of the garden, fire pit and outdoor dining area. It contains a king-size/twin bed conversion and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Adjoining the third and fourth bedrooms is a tv lounge and dining area with smart tv, perfect for kids entertainment. Bedroom 4 comprises of a king-size bed/twin conversion and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. Bedroom 5 consists of two bunkbeds fit for adult use. Both floors have a guest bathroom.
