The Villa offers 305 m² of living spaces in total and consists of a three-level Main House and a two-level Guest House, which albeit connected internally, feature separate entrances. Together, they can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The Main House offers on the upper level two en-suite bedrooms and on the main ground an open-plan living & dining area along with a kitchen space. The lower level features a playroom with a 85’ TV and a fully-equipped gym & sauna, where you can relax at any time of the day.

The Guest House offers two en-suite bedrooms, one on each level.

A pedestrian path through the estate gives access to a secluded beach while the property offers a private parking area for 2 cars.

Only 1,5km from the traditionally Greek coastal village of Xiropigado, Villa Rosemary has all you’ll need for an unforgettable stay: Located just 2 hours from Athens and close to popular sites, such as Nafplion, ancient Epidaurus Theatre, Mycenae archaeological site, Nemea wine valley, Porto Heli, Astros marina and Spetses island, the villa’s position offers unlimited opportunities for a variety of holiday styles and various activities, including yachting, historical and cultural sightseeing and enjoying local cuisine.
