A family-friendly centrally located 4 bedroom home away from home in Birmingham. This property has everything you need for a family or group getaway.

Living room - The living room provides ample seating including two armchairs, a comfy sofa and two ottomans.


Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and appliances, Induction Hob, Electric oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, and Hob with extractor fan. This also has a dining room table with space for four guests.

Downstairs WC - This is located to the left as you enter the home past the lounge and the first bedroom.

This property contains 3 x zip lock beds these can be made into 6 single beds or 3 kingsize beds and there is 1 double.

Bedroom 1 - You will find the bedroom located downstairs (on the ground floor) behind the lounge area.

Bedroom 2 - This bedroom is the first one you will reach as you come upstairs and is next to the bathroom.

Bedroom 3 - This is right next to bedroom 2.

Bedroom 4 - This is at the front of the house on the first floor and next to bedroom 3.

Main bathroom - This is located to the left of the top of stairs, there is a bath with a shower over it, a toilet and sink. Soap and toilet roll provided.

Garden - This property does have a garden space.

This property is accessed via lockbox.

Guest Homes are available between 8am-10pm 7 days a week for help during your stay. We cannot offer any support after 10pm, if you check in late.

This property is located near central Birmingham but in a lovely neighbourhood on the outskirts. This property is close to lots of shops, eateries and outdoor venues such as Calthorpe Park. This makes for the perfect family stay.

There is free-on street parking outside the front of the property.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a £500 refundable deposit or buying a £45 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Please be aware there is also an admin fee for processing this.
