Cascina Moglia is a restored country house in the hills near Carpeneto, in the Alto Monferrato area of southern Piedmont. Combining traditional terracotta floors, exposed brick and wooden beams with contemporary style, the villa is spacious, comfortable and characterful. It features four bedrooms, a large double living room, and a portico opening onto a flat lawn that leads to a pond-shaped pool. Outside, the one-hectare grounds span a rose garden, wood-burning oven, barbecue area and two shaded gazebos for outdoor dining and relaxation. The property is surrounded by open countryside with wide views and ample space for play and leisure.

Interior:
The villa is arranged over two floors. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance hall; guest bathroom; one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; double living room with ornamental fireplace and large screen; dining room; kitchen with access to outdoor gazebo and garden. FIRST FLOOR – One double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub; two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower (one with internal loft where is located the bathroom and one with terrace); one single bedroom; one additional bathroom with shower. Portable air conditioning in the bedrooms (fixed in the room with terrace).
Park:
The grounds cover more than one hectare, mostly flat, with views over the surrounding hills. A 200 m dirt road leads to the entrance and parking area. Next to the villa is a traditional well surrounded by flowering plants and lavender. A lawn stretches from the portico to the pool area, which includes a gazebo with table and chairs. Another gazebo is located near the kitchen exit, alongside a rose garden. The garden includes rosemary and other herbs, olive trees and seasonal blooms. A wood-burning oven and barbecue complete the outdoor dining area. Parking is available within the property.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool lies a few metres from the villa on a flat lawn. Irregular shape resembling a shallow pond; approximately 50 sq m; maximum depth of 1.00 m; lined in resin with decorative motifs; chlorine purification; internal lighting. Stone-paved solarium with sunbeds; gazebo with table and chairs. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
