Quietly located farmhouse l'Echappée Belle

This authentic farmhouse with a charming appearance was carefully renovated in 2022. It has modern amenities and a beautiful location near the village of Harre, in a quiet location. Very suitable for families with children. You can use the farm as a base for a discovery tour through the Ardennes. The Spa-Francorchamps circuit is 34 km from the holiday home and is well worth a visit, as is the feudal castle 18 km from the property. Moreover, the beautiful Ardennes region is ideal for cycling and walking in nature. The picturesque center of Harre is a 100 m walk away and you can buy daily necessities at the Del Haize supermarket, 5 km away. The accommodation has an enclosed garden so that the children can play safely outside. Parking is available for the car and you can independently prepare the tastiest dishes in the well-equipped kitchen. The nearest airport is Liège Airport, 51 km from the holiday home.

Voortreffelijk

Het dorp zelf is niet meer dan een paar huizen, maar dat was tevoren bekend. Het huis zelf is voortreffelijk verbouwd en ook zeer smaakvol ingericht. Niets kapot of beschadigd. Aan alles is gedacht en als welkom stond er zelfs Belgisch bier en een Ardeense worst. Ook een start met koffie, thee voor gebruik. Het gras gemaaid. Kortom: dit is een verhuurder die met liefde heeft vernieuwd en nu verhuurd. Een aanrader voor wie van wandelen in de Ardennen houdt.

A nice, cozy house, nice size bedrooms and a large bathroom. Good, firm beds and the kitchen was also very nice. We didn't go outside much because of the weather, but the surroundings are very nice for hiking and visiting the nice village Durbuy. And sitting around the wood stove was lovely. The arrival was a bit chaotic, because we had not received a key code, but this was well resolved by Belvilla.
