Several transport channels leading to West Bromwich, Walsall and Wolverhampton are easily accessible from the apartment. It is at 10 mins drive to Walsall Manor Hospital & at 25 mins drive to University of Birmingham & Birmingham city center, the vibrant spot with numerous shops and restaurants. All these places are worth detouring to have a joyous time with your loved ones.

House Rules
1. No smoking and no pets allowed; breaking this rule will incur a 250GBP fine.
2. Strictly no person(s) outside of the booking are allowed in the listing without prior approval. There will be a 250GBP charge if found breaking this rule.
3. If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, there will be a 250GBP charge.
4. Please kindly refrain from making any excessive noise. Your reservation may be cancelled if we receive a complaint from a neighbour.
5. If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge 50 GBP for every extra hour of cleaning required.
6. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged 50GBP. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 11 am and 1 pm. Any guest who is still in the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if we have approved a late checkout in advance.
7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognise that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
8. Guests accept that on rare occasions there may be disruptions to the internet service, which are outside of our control. We aim to resolve any issues ASAP
9. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately.
