Entire house is available to guests throughout their stay with NO interruption except during house keeping.
Other things to note
1. Smoking: This Apartment is a non-smoking one, hence smoking is not allowed within the apartment at anytime . If smoking is perceived or noticed within the apartment , Case will be taken up with Airbnb admin.

SMOKING OF ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES, use of drugs is strictly prohibited and will attract immediate EJECTION upon suspicion and confirmation.

2. Partying and Noise
We urge guests to refrain from playing loud music, making loud noises and Partying within the apartment. This will disturb the quiet neighborhood and other occupants of the building

3. Commercial Shoots
Commercial shoots within the apartment require express permission at a management fee. This includes but not limited to photography shoots, videography shoots, skits, movies, podcasts and adverts.

4. Decorations and Designs
Redecorating, rearranging or painting the apartment before check-ins or during stay is STRICTLY prohibited. We do not allow any form of decoration on the walls or ceilings for photography or videoing
