The house is a mini-apartment situated in Tricase 3 km from the sea of ​​Tricase Porto and Marina Serra, which are easily accessible to other seaside resorts of southern Salento, is on the Adriatic coast, both on the Ionian. Excellent séjour grâce à la gentillesse, la discrétion et à l'amabilité des hôtes. Un équipement très bien entretenu. Un plus : les petites attentions de Maria et Rocco qui ont contribué à ces très belles vacances. Surtout ne changez rien !!!

Soggiorno fantastico!!!!!
Abbiamo scelto di soggiornare alla Pajara per vivere un esperienza lontano da rumori della città. La location è perfetta e nn siamo affatto delusi! Ottima la pulizia e la cura dei particolari. In cucina non manca niente! Stoviglie lucidissime e di ottima qualità! Ottima la pulizia. Esperienza da ripetere! Consigliatissima!!!!

Casa davvero particolare del Salento, ottima da stare con il proprio cane per il vasto terreno dove può correre, proprietari gentilissimi e ospitali (grazie ai pasticciotti leccesi offerti quasi ogni mattina) e posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutte le tappe del salento

Accogliente e rilassante
Casa e contesto bellissimi e molto ben tenuti. Tutto molto accurato anche nei dettagli. E poi tanta cordialità e ospitalità. Speriamo di poterci tornare, anche per il mare bellissimo e facilmente raggiungibile in auto.

Vacanze last minute
Bellissima vacanza di due settimane in una zona fantastica! L'abitazione è molto comoda sia per chi vuole raggiungere la costa sabbiosa, sia per chi preferisce le rocce. Proprietari a dir poco eccezionali, gentilissimi e attenti al minimo dettaglio, sempre pronti ad offrirci prelibatezze del loro orto! È stata una bellissima esperienza anche per il nostro cane Pod, poteva tranquillamente stare in casa mentre noi eravamo al mare. Sicuramente rifaremo una vacanza presso questa abitazione! Veramente ottima! :)

Pajara veramente bella e molto curata
È stata una vacanza stupenda, dall'arrivo accolti dai proprietari Maria, Rocco ed il cagnolino Tito fino alla partenza. Non sono abituato ad esprimere recinsioni a favore o contro, anche perché avevo l'idea che fossero artefatte. No! la mia è sincera, l'ambiente, oltre ad essere suggestivo e molto rilassante, è a contatto con la natura, con i prodotti che la terra produce e con l'affabilità dei padroni di casa che, senza essere minimamente invadenti, mettono a tuo agio. Abbiamo trovato comunque un ambiente curato nei minimi particolari, pulito e dotato dei più svariati accessori per la cucina e bagno, nonché camera da letto freschissima anche in un mese torrido come quello appena trascorso. Che dire poi del mare, delle feste, sagre ed animazioni organizzate dal Comune di Tricase, eccezionali! Basta, certamente la consiglierei ad amici e Parenti anche perché mi son trovato molto bene come da tempo non mi capitava. Chiudo inviando un saluto ai proprietari Maria e Rocco da parte mia , Silvana e Seby (che mi suggerisce di salutare il suo amico Tito.

Maison de pierre dans un vaste jardin méditerranéen la Pajara a été très bien rénovée et dispose de tout le confort moderne assuré par des équipements électro ménagers de qualité (ce qui est rarement le cas des locations). Nous avons passé trois semaines qui se sont trop rapidement écoulées. Chez maria et rocco on est en fait comme à la maison mais dans les pouilles, près des oliviers, figuiers, divers fruits et légumes méditerranéens avec deux chiens, vigilants gardiens, et deux chats adorables. La région, avec son caractère méditerranéen très marqué et ses influences culturelles et historiques diverses, est envoûtante: on se trouve à 5 mn de la très belle cote d'andrano ou de castro pour faire de la plongée, et à 15mn des plages de sable blanc de SM Leuca, de pescoluze et plus loin de gallipoli. Les produits des pouilles ont aussi leur caractère propre: fruits et légumes, poissons, sont très abordables; la mozzarella et la burratta, le vin rouge et l'huile sont délicieux; la panification du blé dur est typique et bien exécutée (focaccia, frise, pucce, biscotti, et même panettone à la Specchia (à voir: 10 mn) Nous avons trouvé les habitants des pouilles très gentils et accueillants, comme le sont d'ailleurs particulièrement rocco et maria dont les conseils sont précieux car ils connaissent très bien les pouilles, mais également toute l'italie. Bref pour un couple avec voiture la localisation et l'équipement de la pajara sont idéaux. Si rocco et maria nous ont conseillé de faire la sicile l'année prochaine, nous reviendrons dans les pouilles avec certitude. Christopher, Montpellier, FRANCE

bellissima pajara
Siamo stati in questa bellissima pajara nel mese di giugno 2016, due adulti più un bambino di 3 anni e un cane di grande stazza, e ci siamo travati tutti benissimo!!! La casa è molto pulita e fresca, il porticato esterno è veramente grande e offre la possibilità di vivere il giardino avendo sempre un posto all'ombra dove ripararsi. La gentilezza di Rocco e Maria, e i posti incantevoli nei dintorni, ci hanno fatto innamorare del Salento. Noi abbiamo frequentato il mare di Marina Serra a 3km dalla casa una calletta tutta in roccia, ma facilmente raggiungibile tramite scalini, dove l'acqua non è più alta di un metro, ed è sempre tranquilla. Abbiamo visitato anche le spiaggie di Pescoluse e Torre Pali.

Fantastic Stay
We stayed at this beautiful pajara for 10 days in May. Having visited Puglia many times, we found this a perfect place to stay. It’s very quiet and peaceful and we found it a great escape from busy London life. It’s only a few minutes drive from the lovely town of Tricase and the little marina at Porto Tricase which is perfect for swimming. There are lots of hidden rocky coves on the Adriatic coast and the sandy beaches of the Ionian are only 30 minutes drive away. The beautiful baroque city of Lecce is only an hour away and the coastal drive to historic Otranto is through a designated National Park region and area of outstanding beauty. There are some fantastic restaurants in and around the towns of Tricase and Porto Tricase, and many more amazing places to eat if you explore off the beaten track. The pajara has been renovated to a high standard and was very clean. It is very well equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. It is set in beautiful countryside and Maria has planted lots of flowers all around which were in full colour when we were there. There is a lovely outdoor eating area, perfect for breakfast and relaxing in the evening. Maria and Rocco are very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We had a lot of fun with our few words of Italian and their few words of English and translation was easier after a shared glass of homemade limoncello!! Perfect for animal lovers as you will be visited by Tito and Leo the dogs and Mia the cat. We look forward to returning soon and enjoying your lovely pajara once again. Lynn and Glyn, London

la perfezione!!!
Siamo una coppia di giovani che amano la tranquillità assoluta dopo un periodo estivo faticoso ammazzati dal lavoro...e in questo posto di tranquillità c'è n'è a volontà...comminate tra la natura alzarsi la mattina aprire la porta fare un bel respiro di aria pura e accarezzare Tito e miao k vengono a darti il buongiorno. Non è mancata la disponibilità e la gentilezza di Maria e Rocco, persone stupende! Tutto perfetto! Insomma chi ama la tranquillità e vuole rilassarsi qui è perfetto! Deliziosa, nell'incanto dello splendido Salento
Ci siamo stati quasi un mese e mezzo e saremmo rimasti ancora, se questa splendida pajara fosse stata libera. E’ un incanto: rustica al giusto e piena di comodità (mai trovate tante altrove e non solo in Italia). Le foto ne mostrano la bellezza, ma starci riconcilia col mondo. E’ ovvio che torneremo, magari anche d’inverno. Lo desidera pure la nostra cagnolina Mira che ha legato molto con Tito e Leo, gli indimenticabili cani della pajara e con la gattina alla quale ha dato il proprio nome. Per favore, tante carezze a tutti e tre. I proprietari? Due persone eccezionali: Rocco sempre cortese e disponibile e Maria che è l’immagine della gioia di vivere, sempre pronta ad accontentare. Bellissima Pajara in mezzo alla natura e al silenz
Ottima vacanza anche se breve ma posti magnifici da tornare sicuramente con più giorni a disposizione. Che dire tutto corrisponde alla realtà con dalle foto se non meglio addirittura accoglienza ottima cordiale e cortese. Sig.ra Maria una persona molto cordiale. Anche il marito che il giorno prima di partire ci ha chiesto se volevamo qualche ortaggio pomodori o melanzana. Due persone squisite. Oltretutto il posto è stata la location per le foto del matrimonio del nostro amico interni ed esterni. Il posto è incantevole e dentro la casa è una coccola veramente non manca nulla. Grazie ancora dell'ospitalità e di tutto veramente. I posti poi là nei dintorni sono stupendi. Abbiamo purtroppo visto poco visto che siamo stati da Martedì 22 luglio a Venerdì 25 Luglio anche perché poi sabato siamo ripartiti per tornare a casa. Complimenti!!!!!!!

una bella esperienza
questa pajara rappresenta il bel Salento, un ambiente suggestivo e particolare, nel verde della campagna. Rocco e Maria, i proprietari, sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. Ci hanno accolto con familiarità facendoci sentire a nostro agio. La casa è curata e con tutte le comodità. Fuori un bel portico dove poter stare al fresco e poter pranzare. Abbiamo passato una bella settimana e molto probabilmente torneremo. Una carezza a Tito e Leo, i cagnolini di Maria e Rocco.

Un endroit parfait pour la découverte du Salento
Nous avons pris l'avion depuis Genève et une voiture de location de Brindisi. Après 4h de voyage au total nous avons découvert ce manoir, idéal pour un séjour au calme au coeur du Salento. L'accueil de Maria et Rocco est très chaleureux, ils sont adorables et nous nous sommes sentis accueillis comme à la maison. La manoir est très joli avec une belle grande chambre à coucher, une cuisine équipée généreusement, une salle de bains et une belle terrasse. En octobre hors saison le Salento est très calme et il fait encore assez chaud pour se baigner. Nous avons visité tous les beaux villages au bord de la mer, Otranto, Marina di Leuca, Gallipolli à 30 minutes en voiture. La route cotière est splendide. Nous recommandons vivement ce manoir à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit authentique. Cette location représente pour nous le meilleur rapport qualité-prix que que nous avons connus lors de nos fréquents voyages.

Stupenda, immersa nel verde
La costruzione è immersa nel verde in un ambiente molto fresco e rilassante, il posto è bellissimo! La pajara è molto ampia, decisamente più grande di come appare in foto, all'interno è tutto nuovissimo ed è estremamente fresca, anche la veranda è molto, molto grande. I proprietari sono molto cortesi e disponbili. Lo consiglio vivamente! Abbiamo passato una settimana stupenda, molto probabilmente torneremo.
