It is located in a quieter part of the town of Porec (Finida), 1200 meters from the old town. It has been attracting guests from all over Europe and beyond for decades with its cultural and historical sights and decoration, numerous sports and recreational facilities, and diverse gastronomic offer. The first beach (Borik) is 850 meters away. In the vicinity of the house, you can quickly reach a shop (Radnik Opatija), a cafe (Lounge Bar Da Menegin), a restaurant (Malu Restaurant) and all necessary facilities. The house is surrounded by greenery (trees and flowers). Parking for guests is provided in front of the house. There is one apartment in the house. Capacity for four to five (4-5) people. It consists of a living room, a kitchen, a dining table with a flat screen TV, one bedroom with a double bed, and another bedroom with two single/single beds, and a bathroom with a washing machine. At the guest's request, an additional bed for one (1) person can be placed in the apartment. The apartment leads to the terrace where there is a seating area.
