necessary for a comfortable self-catering experience. Perfectly
designed for two guests, this space offers a compact yet efficient
layout. It includes a fully equipped kitchen for convenience, a dining
table that also serves as a workspace, an additional smaller workspace,
and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for your entertainment.
This stylish loft-style apartment includes a queen bed in the main
area. The loft is primarily designed for aesthetic appeal, while the
main sleeping area is thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable
experience for two adult guests. The bathroom features a shower,
toilet, and single basin in a crisp white aesthetic. A large floor
window adds something special—providing stunning city views and bathing
the space in natural light by day.

When you’re ready to explore, the apartment is situated a short
distance from a MyCiTi bus stop for easy travelling to surrounding
areas, including Sea Point or Bloubergstrand. Alternatively, guests
will have easy access to explore the delights and hidden attractions of
the City Centre at their leisure that include an assortment of local

For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.

The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 1 Hope Street, 97, Cape Town City Centre

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
