The vacation rental 2 is located on the first floor and is accessible via an external staircase. It has 125 square meters of living space and a 16 square meter outdoor terrace (smoking area). It features 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms and one quadruple room). The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. There is a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in a home kitchen. The living room is very spacious and has a large table for 8-10 people. The sofa bed also offers 2 additional sleeping options and is extendable. From there, you step out onto the terrace, where there is a covered pavilion with seating for up to 6 guests. This area serves as a smoking and relaxation area. In the living room, there is a TV, Alexa with Spotify where you can listen to your favorite music.
"Apartment 1 is 65 square meters, and Apartment 2 is 125 square meters, with seating on the terrace, not just for our smokers.

The house by the lake is located on the edge of the Auenwald, right by the Saale cycling and hiking trail, which separates us from the 'Saale' river.

It's only about a 5-minute drive to the A14 and A36 highways.

The valley town is approximately 3.5 km away, and the city center is about 5 km away.

The Leipzig/Halle Airport is 65 km away from us.

For shopping, it's about a 3 km drive to the bakery, Lidl, or Penny.

The nearest restaurant, Märchengarten, is 1.5 km away and is not only a popular destination for the little ones in the summer. From there, the park train takes visitors to the zoo, 2.5 km away, which is worth a visit even in winter.

Our city center is also worth seeing, with many shops and restaurants, a castle, a theater, and the floral clock.

Bernburg offers its visitors a large outdoor pool in summer and an indoor pool in winter.
In summer, a steamboat ride with the Saalefee is a special highlight. Here, you can admire the beauty of the Saale riverbank.
Next to our house, there are four free parking spaces for our guests.
