Terraced house with independent entrance consisting of 4 beds. About 350 meters away from the sea, reachable on foot, it is located in a safe and exclusive private village that has direct access to the beach. The village is a few km from Alghero airport, the port of Porto Torres, the medieval village of Castelsardo and the center of Sorso. Inside the village there are tennis courts, 1 basketball court, a children's playground, 2 kiosks on the beach. In the summer months a space is set up inside for baby dance, entertainment and group dancing. The village is accessed via electronic key, the village is monitored and there is a caretaker.
Inside there is an ecological island set up for the separate collection of waste.
The three-room apartment is composed of a living room with kitchenette, a comfortable sofa for moments of relaxation in front of the TV, a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be transformed into a double bed, and a comfortable bathroom complete with everything . Outside there is a small terrace where you can eat or simply sit and enjoy the fresh air; the outdoor space is completed by a courtyard equipped with barbecue, gazebo and table with chairs; an outdoor shower is also available. The beach is 350 meters away, easily reachable on foot, and has shallow water which makes it suitable for children.
The context is very quiet and is recommended for spending a holiday in total tranquility.
